There lived a poor woman in a small village. Her family lived in poverty. She was very sad for money. One day the fairy gave him a magic goose. She became very happy. Because the goose laid one golden egg every day. The woman sold the golden egg in the market every day and bought things for her family. Soon they lived as a rich family.
Some days later a very wicked idea came to her mind. She thought, "if the magic goose lays one golden egg every day, how many golden eggs will be inside the goose? If I cut and open his belly of this goose, I will get so many eggs at a time. I will become rich in a single day.”
She took a knife and killed the goose and open its belly. But she found no eggs inside. Because of her greed, she lost its magic goose and the golden egg.
Moral: Greed is the root cause of miseries.
